Our faculty has also vast professional experience working in U.S., Latin American, African, and Asian public agencies, nonprofit, and international organizations designing and implementing public programs and social policies on poverty alleviation and development. WISPAD’s faculty also has specialized research experience in areas of international development and poverty alleviation from U.S. prestigious research institutions.

Lim Tat is the managing partner of Aequitas Law LLP, a law firm based in Singapore. He has over 25 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and collaborative practices. Tat obtained LL.B (Hons) and MBA / LL.M from NUS and MSc (Construction Law & Arbitration) from King’s College London, University of London and NUS. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He received advanced training for negotiations and mediation at the Pepperdine University School of Law and Harvard Law School. In his role as a Principal Trainer with Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC)’s Adjunct Training Faculty, Tat has delivered negotiations and mediation trainings in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, China, Fiji and Qatar. He and WISPAD Faculty Eng Wah collaborated in developing WISPAD’s comprehensive new Workshop on
Yong Eng Wah is a Negotiation and Mediation expert accredited as Principal Mediator of the Singapore Mediation Center (SMC) and as Senior Mediator of the Consumer Association of Singapore (‘CASE’). His wide experience leading negotiations and conflict resolutions in different Asian countries includes areas such as consumer cases, mediations in contract and construction related cases, as well as engineering disputes. Eng Wah graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with High Honors in Engineering; double majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science. He later obtained an MBA from the National University of Singapore. Eng Wah also holds an LLM from the Singapore Management University. He has taught Negotiation Workshops in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe and the U.S.A. He and WISPAD Faculty Lim Tat collaborated in developing WISPAD’s comprehensive new Workshop on
