Since the beginning of its international operations in China in the Fall of 2011, WISPAD has delivered 78 Workshops in different areas of strategic nonprofit management to a total of 1,003 participants, including founders, directors, CEOs, CFOs, and program managers of Chinese nonprofit organizations, social agencies, foundations, and international organizations.

为评估WISPAD培训课程的短期成果,我们开展了干预前/干预后测试活动. 所有课程的干预前测试平均得分为36.8%,而干预后平均得分为74.6%,平均改善程度达到101.1%.主要成果之一包括, 有1460名参与者在战略性非营利组织管理, 项目评估, 财务技能, 或非营利组织人力资源方面的知识得到了提升

At the core of the professional training provided through the Workshops, WISPAD’s highly practical methodology relies on “Practical Analysis Exercises” (PAEs) and case studies contextualized to China’s nonprofit sector. This approach aims to support participants in the development of customized strategies for their organizations on each of the nonprofit strategic managerial subjects covered through the Workshops. In this context, another outcome includes the strategies that participants develop for their own organizations within WISPAD. In average, participants develop 8 core strategies per Workshop associated to the type of managerial or operational skills discussed during the professional training sessions. Since the beginning of our operations in China, our participants have been supported in the development of over 7,800 strategies of professional nonprofit management.  

Generally, participants share the results from the PAEs with their team of managers, as they contain practical strategies developed during the Workshop ready to be implemented in their respective organizations. 
On average, based on our previous experience, participants share their learning and strategies with at least 3 other managers of their organizations. Including this multiplier effect, the increased level of learning of the 986 participants extends to nearly 3,000 managers and staff of nonprofit organizations in China. Some participants present the Workshop content within their briefing and follow-up meetings to even larger management teams, leading to even greater multiplier effects.

另一项重要成果是，在中国开展社会和公共服务的逾306个组织至少一个团队成员在不同的专业管理领域的知识得到了增长。 WISPAD致力于为在中国经营的组织的成员提供更深层次的逐步装备，以提升他们在社会和公共服务上的卓越、有效、和诚信水平。事实上，在所有的参与组织中，有超过47家有五名或更多的成员通过WISPAD的专业咨询服务得到装备。

总而言之，自2011年秋季WISPAD开始在中国的业务以来，有1486名参加者参加了研讨会项目。 遵从WISPAD主要专注于为中国本土组织提供服务的使命，我们的参与者中有90％为中国本土经营的非营利组织或公共机构的董事、经理、或项目官员

自2011年以来已经有超过306个组织参与WISPAD的项目。WISPAD正在将服务扩展到中国的许多地区。来参与WISPAD项目的组织来自中国的29个省市自治区。在北京运营前五年的产出是，我们开展了116场研讨会，1489名参与者。参加WISPAD的组织所来自的主要省市包括北京，上海，陕西，广东，四川和云南。WISPAD 为来自中国不同省市的涉及广泛的社会和公共服务的组织提供专门的咨询服务
